Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexon platform ("Service") provided by Nexon Digital Nova LLC ("Nexon", "we", "us"), whose legal business name is НЕКСОН ДИЖИТАЛ НОВА, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nexon provides an AI-powered messaging automation platform that allows businesses to automate customer conversations on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Features include automated replies, keyword-triggered flows, broadcast messaging, contact management, and QPay payment integration.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One account per business. You may not share accounts between unrelated businesses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Violate Meta Platform Policies or Community Standards.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Engage in any illegal activity under Mongolian law or international law.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in Mongolian Togrog (MNT) via QPay.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by Mongolian consumer protection law.
• If payment fails, your account may be suspended after a grace period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to registered users.

6. Facebook and Instagram Integration

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize Nexon to send and receive messages on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content sent through your connected pages. You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Policies at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on the Nexon platform are owned by Nexon Digital Nova LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
